Experimental results
According to the test results and analysis can be drawn
 
(1) By increasing the number of fibers in the transverse direction by increasing the combing disorder, the instrumental test thickness and loft of the hot air nonwoven fabric can be improved.
 
(2)Air-cooled air-cooling is more conducive to increase the thickness and bulkiness of the testing of hot-air nonwoven fabrics, and the lower the cooling temperature, the faster the fiber setting, the smaller the tensile deformation of the web, and the greater the thickness and bulkiness of the instrument test. Easy to maintain.
 
(3) Reducing the cooling roller draft speed difference of the hot stove can make the instrument test thickness and fluffiness of the hot air non-woven fabric better; and the draft speed difference of the hot air stove-carding machine, the draft speed of the take-up roller-cooling roller difference The instrument has less influence on the thickness and bulkiness of the test.
