Each layer is made of a different material, where the front layer is absorbent, the middle layer is waterproof, and the back layer is hydrophilic(Hydrophilic PP Fabric Wholesale). The surface and back of the spunbonded non-woven fabric of polyethylene and polyester bicarbonate, which has both the flexibility of polyethylene and the strength of polyester, is processed to be water-absorbent(Hydrophobic Non Woven Fabric On Sales) and hydrophilic. The middle waterproof layer is a polyethylene film, which provides strength and is a barrier to liquids.
(1) It has high water resistance and has passed the ANSI/AAMI (American Standards Association/Medical Instrument Development Association) PB70 level 4 standard.
(2) Both high flexibility and toughness.
(3) The characteristics of the material greatly inhibit the production of lint.
(4) Allow safe electron beam sterilization.
