Generally, non-woven fabrics are produced by machines, and the cloth has some of the advantages of cloth, coupled with its extensive use, and its weaving method different from ordinary cloth, somany people like to use this cloth. So, what causes the uneven thickness of the cloth:

First, the low-melting fiber and conventional fiber are mixed unevenly: different fibers have different cohesion. Low-melting fibers have greater cohesion than conventional fibers andare not easy to disperse. The part with less fiber content cannot form asufficient network structure, resulting in a thin non-woven fabric(PP Spunbond Nonwoven Wholesale) and a thicker part where the low melting point fiber content is more.

Second, the low melting point fiber is not completely melted: the temperature is not enough, the thickness of the cloth isthin, the heat is sufficient, usually thicker, and the basic thickness of themiddle part can be.

Third, the fiber shrinkage rate is toohigh: If the fiber's hot air shrinkage rate is too high, during the production of non-woven fabrics(Embossed Non-woven Fabric Supplier), due to the shrinkage problem, it is easy to cause uneven thickness. Therefore, it is necessary to control the hot air shrinkage rate ofthe fibers.

In fact, the uneven thickness of non-woven fabrics(SS Non Woven Fabric On Sales) will not affect the quality of the entire fabric, but the thickness required by different industries is not the same, and only the proper thickness should be controlled in production.
