Regarding the oily filtration efficiency of melt blown cloth, the following points should be paid attention to:
1. The quality of the meltblown cloth itself should be high, and it is best to achieve 95+ under the salty single layer 85 flow rate.
2. On this basis, change the masterbatch.
3. The standard of FFP3 is 99.97 at oily 95 flow rate.
4. Because paraffin oil is particularly easy to penetrate, it is recommended that you do the oily double layer 95+ for the time being, the single layer is too difficult.
5. Through analysis of a large number of meltblown cloth oil filtration efficiency data, the single layer can pass 87 and the double layer can pass 99, which can at least reach the FFP2 level.
The filtering effect of oil-based meltblown cloth is related to the particle size on the one hand, and is also affected by whether the particles contain oil. Oil-free particles such as dust, water-based mist, paint mist, oil-free smoke, microorganisms, etc. Although the filter materials of "non-oily particulate matter" are relatively common, they are not suitable for oily particulate matter, such as oil mist, oil fume, pitch fume, and coke oven fume. The filter material suitable for oily particles can also be used for non-oily particles.
