How to visually distinguish between spunlace nonwovens and needled- punch nonwovens?

Needled-punch nonwovens and spunlace nonwovens are similar, but we can distinguish these two types of nonwovens from the following:

1. The weight of a needled-punch non woven fabric is generally higher than that of a spun-laced non-woven fabric. Spunlaced non-woven materials are more expensive, the fabric is more delicate, and the production process is cleaner than acupuncture. Hygienic spunlace non-woven fabrics are widely used for medical, hygiene and beauty applications. Needled-punch has a wider range of raw materials than spunlace, many varieties, filter materials, felt materials, geotextiles and so on.

2, The difference between needled-punch and spunlace: needled-punch is generally relatively thick, gram non-woven fabric manufacturers generally more than 80 grams, fiber is thick, feel rough, the surface of a small pinhole. Spunlaced Burke is usually less than 80 grams, and special 120-250 grams, but rarely. The spunlaced cloth feels finer and the surface has small strips of spunlace lines.
