Generally speaking, polyester non-woven fabrics(PET Non-woven Vendor) cannot be used. The melting point of conventional polypropylene non-woven fabrics is 160~170°C; while that of polyester non-woven fabrics is about 260°C. However, there is a kind of carbon felt made of acrylic fiber, viscose fiber or pitch fiber through needle punching method, oxidation treatment and carbonization treatment, and then graphitization treatment. The high temperature resistance can reach more than 3000 ℃.
In theory, PET non-woven fabrics(PET Spunbond Non Woven Company) are not resistant to high temperatures. Although the melting point of PET can reach more than 200 degrees, it can be stretched and deformed when the force exceeds 80 degrees. PET non-woven fabrics are porous and can permeate and absorb water, but their water absorption capacity is much lower than that of cotton.
Polyester non-woven fabrics have high temperature resistance, but there are still limitations. The temperature should not be too high. All of us should use polyester non-woven fabrics in the correct way.
