Polyester fabrics with non-woven fabrics can be said to be polyester non-woven fabrics. There are several kinds of non-woven fabrics. Here, we only use the composition of non-woven fabrics to talk about the performance characteristics of polyester non-woven fabrics.

First, the stability is better than polypropylene nonwovens

Mainly in: strong, wear and other properties. Due to the use of special raw materials for polyester non-woven fabrics, it has been far more advanced than the technical content and requirements of polypropylene non-woven fabrics because of advanced imported equipment and complex and scientific processing techniques.

Second, heat resistance than polypropylene nonwovens

Polypropylene non-woven fabric has obvious thermal shrinkage. According to investigation, when the temperature reaches 140°C, there is a significant shrinkage, while the highest temperature of polyester non-woven fabric can reach about 230°C, which has obvious characteristics compared with polypropylene non-woven fabric. .

Third, anti-aging cycle higher than polypropylene nonwovens

Polyester non-woven fabrics use polyester as raw material, which is resistant to insects, abrasion, and ultraviolet rays. These properties are higher than polypropylene nonwovens.

Fourth, with good air permeability

Compared with polypropylene and other non-woven fabrics, polyester non-woven fabrics have excellent properties such as non-absorbent, non-water-tolerant, and strong air permeability. The first is the difference in raw materials: PP refers to polypropylene, that is, polypropylene; PET refers to polyester, that is, polyethylene terephthalate. Secondly, there is a big difference in the application of these two kinds of non-woven fabrics, but in some respects they can replace each other. It's just a difference in performance.

In addition, the two methods are the same and different in the way of production and processing. Different processing methods determine the final application in most cases. Relatively speaking, PET polyester nonwovens are more expensive and more expensive.
