We often hear about flame-retardant non woven fabrics. So, do you know those flame-retardant non woven fabrics? Let's talk about flame-retardant nonwovens with everyone.

Fire-retardant non-woven fabrics can be divided into three categories according to the material:

Polyester flame-retardant non woven fabric, polypropylene flame-retardant non woven fabric(China fire-retardant non woven vendor) and viscose flame retardant non-woven fabric This is mainly based on their main components.
The main component of polyester flame-retardant non woven fabric(China fire-retardant non woven manufacturer) is polyester fiber, which belongs to chemical fiber and is the polymerization product of terephthalic acid or diethyl terephthalate and ethylene glycol.
Features: high strength, good elasticity, good heat resistance, smooth surface, good wear resistance, good light resistance, corrosion resistance, poor dyeability.

Polypropylene fiber is synthetic fiber made from propylene
Features: high strength, good wet strength and dry strength, abrasion resistance, corrosion resistance.

Viscose fiber belongs to regenerated cellulose fiber
Characteristics with good moisture absorption, breaking strength than cotton, environmental protection, non-toxic.

Flame retardant non woven fabrics can be divided into flame-retardant needle cotton(China fire-retardant non woven on sales) and flame-retardant hot-air cotton.
Flame-retardant needle cotton is tangled by acupuncture machine
Fire-retardant hot-air cotton is mainly formed by hot air passing through the furnace after laying the net.
Both products have their own characteristics, commonality is fire-retardant, lightweight, warm, durable, and environmentally friendly.
The test standards are the United States 16CFR1633, the British BS5852 and the United States TB117, CA133 standards.
