Now the spunlace fabric is widely used in our daily life.
Usually there are two different ways of forming the fabric.
Parallel laying spunlace fabric (China spunlace nonwoven distributor) is the fiber net directly out of the carding machine without passing through the cross laying machine, forming spunlace fabric low weight (thin) ,vertical and horizontal strength difference is large, transverse strength is very small, vertical can be torn into strips,the regular gram weight can be 30-80g/sqm.
This kind spunlace fabric is often used in the wet wipes and cleaning wipes.
For the cross lapping spunlace fabric, the fiber firstly is got through the carding machine and then pass through the cross laying machine.
This kind spunlace fabric (spunlace non woven custom)can be a much heavy weight fabric.
The gsm can be 40 to 200 gsm.
And the vertical and horizontal strength difference is not big. It can be the leather base cloth, filter material,cleaning wipes,baby diapers,etc.
