Now the foot plaster, lumbar plaster, cervical plaster ,eye plaster,knee plaster is widely used in people's daily life.
In before, these medical plasters are usually made by medicinal materials, edible vegetable oil and cotton fabric.
The medical plasters are also widely made with nonwoven fabric (spunlace fabric factory) by many factories in order to save some cost.
Usually the medical plasters are made of 3 layers: backing layer, medicative layer and anti sticking layer.
Which kind nonwoven fabric is suitable for Medical Plaster?
The backing layer usually can be made of 60 gsm spunlace fabric (China spunlace non woven fabric wholesale).
The medicative layer uses several different kinds materials (such as mint oil, magnetic powder, osmanthus oil, eucalyptus oil and cinnamon oil,etc) to mix with hot-melt adhesive or hydrogel and then form a paste and to be coated on the backing layer.
The adhesive layer uses polyethylene polymer protective film or anti adhesive paper.
For the backing layer,the spunlace fabric is soft, breathable , low cost and it is very suitable for lamination.
There are usually 3 kinds different patterns for the spunlace fabric (spunlace non woven fabric wholesaler), such as plain pattern, mesh pattern and pearl pattern.
It can save a certain cost for the medical plasters.
