How to distinguish between hot rolled non woven fabric and hot air non woven fabric?

The hot rolled non woven fabric should be a thermally bonded non woven fabric, which is hot air, hot rolled and ultrasonic bonded. Hot air and hot rolling are widely used in personal hygiene products.

The hot rolled non woven fabric has a rolling point and a thin thickness, which is formed by heating and pressure bonding. The hot air non-woven fabric is loose and soft, and the profile has no rolling point and thickness. After the composite fiber is processed through the hot air oven, the surface fiber is melted, the fiber is lapped to bond in one way, and the core fiber is not melted and supplied to support, from hot air. When the oven comes out, it becomes a hot air cloth.

Spunbond is a fiber that is not manipulated. It is directly formed from a high-density seed particle after being spun into a net. It is heated and pressed by a roll. The thickness is very thin, and it is operated on baby diapers and adult diapers. As a sanitary napkin diaper, the surface of the diaper is widely used, and the diaper wrapping material and the layer are often spunbonded.
