The difference amoung the three kinds of airlaid papers as below:
1. adhesive airlaid paper is woodpulp fiber by air flow into a net after latex bonding.
2. thermal bonding airlaid paper is woodpulp fiber and hot melt fiber mixed forming.The fiber mainly depends on the melting of hot melt fiber bonding.
3. comprehensive airlaid paper is bounded between the two, both hot melt fiber bonding, but also a small amount of latex bonding.In fact, thermal airlaid paper also goes through surface foaming treatment (similar to surface sizing) to finish the surface.
Compared with the adhesive airlaid paper ,the heat-bonded airlaid paper has more excellent performance in terms of swelling, dry and wet tensile strength, softness and liquid absorption performance.
